New team adds research role

The Bridge Group has formed a new research and customer relations team to manage its specialist research services and support its customers.

Headed up by Pritti Allen, the team delivers detailed research projects including stakeholder and resident surveys, opinion tracking and market research to support new business initiatives. It will also lead on monitoring customer service to ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high, and implementing new initiatives to continually improve existing services.

 

Collectively the team has 15 years’ front-line customer service experience. In addition, Pritti has more than eight years of experience in the field of research. Most recently, her previous post as senior consultant at The Bridge Group saw her advising and leading on a number of research projects as part of strategic communications support for clients.

 

Pritti joined The Bridge Group in 2005 after working for the Housing Corporation as lead regulator.

Pritti, head of research and customer relations, said: “I am delighted to have this new opportunity to contribute The Bridge Group’s expansion.

 

“As a part of my new role, I am keen to ensure that any brief is intrinsically linked to wider businesses objectives and social context so that outcomes can be measured in a meaningful manner.”
