Halton's phone pilot gets right signal from tenants

Halton Housing Trust is one of the latest housing providers to benefit from our engagement work.
We ran a pilot telephone conference to increase engagement with people from black and minority ethnic groups and to boost the landlord's understanding of what services and products residents from these communities value.
Those who took part gave the thumbs up to the project, comments to Halton included 'It was a good idea and a good way to get your point across' and that 'It was much more interesting and interactive than doing a survey on paper." Seems like it's good to talk!
Halton Housing Trust is now looking into training its own staff to host and lead telephone conferences.
