NHS Coventry has awarded The Bridge Group a seven-month contract to support media activity.
The appointment will see The Bridge Group working with the Primary Care Trust’s communications team to cover a secondment. A key aspect of the work will be to maintain the trust’s promotion of important health messages to residents across the city.
Activity included in the contract, which started on October 1, includes prioritising media activity, liaising with key spokespeople and researching and drafting news releases that will hit the headlines across broadcast, print and new media outlets.
NHS Coventry (also known as Coventry Teaching Primary Care Trust) is the NHS organisation responsible for making sure that the 300,000 plus people that live in Coventry have access to the healthcare they need.
